Tourism in Wisconsin and the Innovations of Tourism Bureau

Wisconsin Tourism Development are taking more efforts to improve the tourism industry. This state is recently attracting more and more tourists because of their new innovations. Some of the new innovations are

1) Recently Wisconsin Tourism bureau has introduced Ecotourism. This will really attract the travellers who cares more about a safe and green environment. Such travellers will receive a Travel Green Winsconsin Certification.

2) They have introduced Seasonal Agricultural Promotions.The Wisconsin tourism bureau relies heavily on seasonal agricultural promotions. In this promotion one can change leaf colors. While many states boast that their leaves are the most colorful, the Wisconsin tourism bureau publishes driving and cycling routes where visitors will find spectacular color. During the summer, the seasonal promotions continue with a video promotion of Wisconsin’s extensive network of bicycle trails.

3) Another agricultural promotion is a tour to local apple orchards, offered at the height of the apple harvest season. Visitors to Wisconsin apple orchards can pick their own applies, press their own apple cider, and buy apple-themed knick-knacks and cookbooks in gift shops.

4)Fishing is another popular Wisconsin tourism attraction. In the northern part of Ohio are the most attractive regions of Annie Oakley Museum, Armstrong Air and Space Museum which are the places of gathering crowd. It also has historic attractions such as Thomas Edison birth place museum.

Visitors to the Southwest Ohio region, which includes Cincinnati, can attend a Cincinnati Bengals professional football game, visit the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center, and learn all about flight at the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force in Dayton, Ohio, home of the Wright brothers.

Outdoor activities abound in Ohio’s southeast travel region. Visitors are encouraged to explore Ohio’s state parks, go camping, canoeing, horseback riding, or hiking in the Hocking Hills habitat area. Urban enthusiasts must be sure to visit the vast skate park located in Athens, a college town.

If you are a fan of music then you can visit the famous Rock and Roll hall of fame in the northeast Ohio. Central ohio has tourism attractions like PGA Memorial Golf Tournament, The Columbus zoo, and an NHL hockey team, the Columbus Blue Jackets.

In the eastern ohio is the Ohio Amish County where you can learn about the historic events of Ohio. This area is also famous for farm markets and there is a library which has been devoted to the nations’ first ladies.
